At The Blaster Cult, all of our products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return policy aligned with our production partner, Printify.
1. Custom Products (No Returns or Exchanges)
All items are made specifically for you, including:
- Custom jerseys
- Personalized apparel (names, numbers, colors)
- Made-to-order merchandise
Because of this, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Incorrect customization entered by the customer
Please double-check all sizing, spelling, and design details before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Or incorrect (wrong item received)
We’ve got you covered
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:
- Send a free replacement, OR
- Issue a full refund
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- First check with neighbors or your local carrier
- If still missing, contact us within 7 days
We will work with the carrier to resolve it. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly:
⏱️ You must request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order
After that, your item may already be in production and cannot be changed.
5. Sizing Responsibility
We provide sizing charts for every product.
👉 We are not responsible for incorrect size selection
If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
